Of all the people to randomly run into, Trevor shouldn't have been surprised to see her. And yet, since some sort of probably foul magic had brought him here, he took a moment to make sure he wasn't seeing things. Then she grabbed his arms, dispelling any thought from his mind that she was simply an illusion here to taunt him. "Sypha," he grunted. "How long have you been here? And what do you know about this place?" He was certainly glad to see her, although his reaction might not have conveyed that as effectively as he might have liked. She was a welcomed sight in this place filled with strangers and oddities.
Her question surprised him. "We had just finished cleaning up Lindenfeld, found that creepy Judges' pit, and I was trying to figure out just what I could do to help you feel better." It had never been his intent when they left Alucard to drag her into his unhappy little world. Still, monster hunting certainly wasn't a glorious task, and people still held the Belmonts in contempt. He wished better for her, honestly.
