While Ava didn't mind poking around at the network to get a feel for the people occupying the same space as herself, she didn't consider herself overly social. Though she had managed to make more friends over the last couple months than she had in a lifetime. But she still needed plenty of downtime in between. She had spent most of the evening walking outside, a frequent treader of the winding path through the woods. But it was cold out, leaving the tip of her nose feeling icy as she tried to rub life back into it. That's how she wound up in the kitchen making hot chocolate to warm herself up, adding the rumchata out of curiosity and deciding it was a flavor combination worth indulging.
She hadn't intended to gain company, but didn't particularly mind it. The other woman seemed bored judging by her post, probably pent up, and it was a familiar enough feeling that she sympathized. Ava carried the mugs carefully over to the table, eyebrows drawn together in concentration to keep herself solid for long enough to not drop them. And then let out a small relieved sigh as she placed the drink in front of Lila, warning her lightly, "It's hot." Ava settled into her seat across from her, head tucked down and blowing at the surface of the liquid.
