Hux & Poe
Hux was quick to react, his free hand slipping around the small of Poe's back, keeping him close. Suddenly, the noise of the party seemed to fade into the background, the entirety of his attention falling on Poe and the warmth of his lips. The General eagerly matched the force behind that kiss, chasing that adrenaline high. He'd be mortified over his actions later, but for now, Hux was happy to feel something again. Especially with the amount of heat pooling in his stomach.
Only when his face began to sting from Poe's stubble scratching against his skin would he lean back. He'd lost his hat over the course of the past few minutes. And Hux was far too preoccupied to care where it had gone. It was probably foolish to continue in the middle of the party, for everyone to witness. So he'd set his glass down, taking Poe by the tie of his costume, trying to encourage the pilot to follow him to a more private area. "Perhaps your friends can turn a blind eye to your absence a bit longer.."
