It was very weird to see Lexa as a child, a child younger than Madi herself. While it was a lot for her to process, she knew it must have been much harder for Clarke too. She loved Lexa as her partner and now she had to take care of her like a child. It was a weird situation, but Madi had obviously wanted to help make it as less weird as possible. Of course the arrival of snow inside the hotel did not help that entire process.
But Madi was excited for it. She couldn't wait to maybe get into a few snowball fights with the other kids and just have fun. She'd spent too much of her young life being solemn and serious because that was what the majority of the situations called for. Here she had a chance to be more like the kid she always wanted to be and she wanted to take full advantage of it while she could.
"I'll go with you Lexa," Madi echoed Clarke's statement and hesitantly offered her hand. She wasn't sure if Lexa would take it and if she didn't, Madi wouldn't be surprised either. Madi wanted to offer it though...just in case.
