Daphne hadn't even considered it strange to lead him the way she did, she just wanted to hold his hand and the opportunity had presented itself. He hadn't pulled away from her, so she took that as a win.
Letting go, finally, she placed her bag in the palm of her hand. She was going to start digging around for her pencil, when he said he could believe she could sail the seven seas. A small laugh left her as she took a step back and did a full spin for him. "Not sure if I can do it in these heels," she said lifting up her skirt enough for him to see the boots, "but I would love to hang off the net or something." Sea air in hair? It was probably not as fun as she thought, but the romantic notion. She didn't want to go as high as the crow's nest, though.
"You look like a very convincing rogue," she said, shying away from him playfully. "Is it safe for me to be alone with you?"
