Mary twisted off the cap of her bottle of beer and took sip. She was bound to need something stronger with the way the conversation was going. She knew it had to be overwhelming for John; it had been overwhelming for her and she had lived through the entire experience.
"I know you never thought you would see me again. Coming to back to life was hard. I'd been dead so long and there was so much...so much I had to come to terms with," Mary replied softly. She reached out and lightly touched his shoulder.
"It's only possible for the sister of God apparently."
