He knew how much it meant for Natasha to trust enough to show any form of physical affection, so he returned the hug. His arms wrapped around her, and he couldn't help the small smile that appeared on his face. He might be able to keep it from the outside world, but he couldn't lie to himself. Seeing her again meant everything to him....seeing her before he died...again....having that chance to say goodbye, it was priceless. Of course he couldn't tell her everything and he didn't know how much she already knew. So, he had to just lay back and wait to see what she had to say to him.
"I could say the same about you" he answered, return. "I'll say it one more time...I've missed you, Natasha" he added, as he finally leaned back from the hug.
"So, how have you been?" he asked, thinking that the best way to begin their conversation. He could say how information she was willing to divulge before going into everything that had been happening with him.
