Hades still couldn't believe how lucky he had been in this new world he had found himself in. First he had met Maria and then his daughter had showed up, and for the first time in his life he felt like he had a real shot at being happy. Normally he would look for something bad to happen to be coming around the corner, but this time he decided to just go with the flow. He was going to hope for the best. So, he was heading out now for his second date with Maria. He still couldn't believe he had managed to convince her to give him a chance, but he wasn't going to look that gift horse in the mouth. He was dressed in a pair of black leather pants, a black tank top and a pair of combat boots. Sure on some men it may look silly, but for some reason it suited him very well.

Once he had taken one last look in the mirror he smiled to himself and made his way towards the lobby. He had made arrangements with her to meet there for their walk, so once he had made it to the lobby he headed over to one of the couch areas and took a seat. As he waited he looked around the lobby, not really paying too much attention to what he was seeing. That us until he saw her walking across the lobby. He couldn't help the smile that appeared on his lips as he looked her up and down. She was so beautiful and he couldn't help enjoying the view in front of him.

It might be nice having someone else call the shots" he added in a teasing tone before moving in a little closer to her, pulling her body flush against his. "But only if that someone is you". This was strange for her, but according to what mythology she knew, this wasn't that unusual. Gods became infatuated until they got what they wanted then cast aside the object of their fascination. Sometimes in ways that were fatal, or worse. Look at poor Medusa. Raped. Blamed. Then deformed. Maria couldn't help but wonder how long this would last.

However, there was no denying his charm. Maria was no fool, but maybe just this once she could give in a little. So she didn't resist being pulled against Hades, and chuckled at his indulgence. "I promise not to let it go to my head."
