Buffy twirled the stake in her hand, silently moving across the asphalt, tracking the vampires. The recent deaths of employees at Knott's Berry Farm had made headlines. The media was blaming the recent fires for brining animals down out of the mountains and into the cities. The fang marks had been the give away and when Xander had been able to establish all the victims were drained, Buffy had been mobilized.
