Elette never had a problem with other women working, particularly, but it wasn't something she had been taught to want for herself. Some women needed to work for the money, she knew, and others probably weren't very good at staying home. That was okay.
"I don't know about expelling them," Elette replied, her face slightly concerned. She didn't want to deprive anyone of an education if they needed it. "But maybe a little more discipline would be better. More detentions, maybe the cane." She didn't have anything to comment about lessons being relevant to the real world or not. Elette's conception of the real world was fairly... unreal, to be honest. She had been so sheltered that even school seemed like getting out.
