Mother, Father, and Three Older Brothers- Her family back home. Her brothers are all in the anime/manga industry.
Lelouch Lamperouge- Seriously, these two. Lelouch is her sassy gay friend. Or is she the sassy gay friend? Well, Harumi's not gay so she can't be so I guess that defaults to it being Lelouch. It fits either way! She knows everything about Zero and the whole situation and still thinks Lelouch is the greatest guy in the world even when he doesn't. Harumi has helped Lelouch multiple times whether it be with information or actually being Zero. He's the only person she's willingly shared her secret with. Probably the only person she's ever fallen asleep watching movies or anime marathons with. They're both comfortable with each other enough to fall asleep in the same bed, even if they both make mistakes. They've both had some rocky times (Lelouch geassing her and her knowing it, her screwing up on occasion because her brains don't make the world into a giant chess game) but they keep pulling through. She loves Lelouch as one of her best friends even if she initially had a difficult time starting to really care about him because of what she knew. Anime characters are bad to really, really like as best friends, but he was real. This made things complicated. She got over it though. About the only thing she won't talk to him about is Ciel. It's probably just a good thing that she doesn't know that Lelouch is the culprit for her missing Suzaku/Lelouch doujinshi...
Suzaku Kururugi- Oh boy. She loves this guy, way more than she should. She hates that she ends up lying to him pretty frequently and even called quits on the lying once which... admittedly, didn't get her to tell the truth. It's hard when you help Zero frequently. But... she totally loves him (and his magical ass) even if it's difficult. He was the first person to actually call himself her friend at PLC despite her being there for a long while prior to that. She knows that she should feel guilty and she does, but she's definitely decided that even if it means she has to lie, getting Lelouch and Suzaku to stay together without Zero's identity being revealed should make up for it. Even if it's shrouded in lies, happiness is still happiness, right?
Peter Petrelli- Her friend and her lover! It was completely unexpected in her eyes, since she was mostly just teasing him but he fell for her... and she had some spazzing before she decided to give it a try. From what she knows about Peter? Yeah, it was definitely worth it. She's still worried about the tendency of Peter's girlfriends to die though. 1/4 chances of survival? Eh, she'll take it.
Kadaj Espere- Or in progress. They agreed that they should be. She just hasn't gotten a chance to hang around him much yet.
Kafuka Fuura- They've been together for a while and she and Kafuka used to attend school together in Japan as well. They're friends, though Harumi would be lying if she really said she understood Kafuka.
Yuzuriha Nekoi- They've talked, but only once. Harumi thinks she's cute. :3
Zack Fair- Harumi's pretty sure Zack hates her. The whole telling him he was supposed to die and causing him drama in part, but she's convinced it's because of that one time she video taped he and Cloud making out and... still hasn't given it back.
Cloud Strife- They don't really talk. He's kind of wary with her after certain events from long ago. See Zack's relationship with her.
Hiroshi Nakano- Tooru's boyfriend. She's kinda certain that Hiro thinks she's evil. Or stalking them. Or video taping them and selling it on the internet. All of them are possibilities, but she's never actually done that. Besides, if she had, there's no way she'd sell it.
Ion Fair- Harumi thinks he's the most adorable thing to ever adorable. If he asked for something, she'd probably give it to him. Doesn't really matter what it is. Heck, he's got a part-time job in TSABO without having to wear skirts or do most of the actual work.
Sylar- Harumi wants to get close to him, but ends up avoiding him like the plague in case she accidentally says something suspicious. She doesn't have a super-power, but she kind of acts like she has one sometimes, and she really doesn't want the confusion to land her with the top of her head getting lobbed off. Watching from afar though? Totally fine.
Shusuke Fuji- They spoke long ago. She's pretty sure Fuji doesn't like her because she invaded his personal space.
Alois Trancy- Alois is, in Harumi's mind, known as the boy who just made everything complicated because she didn't want to have to pick sides. Not that she minds. He's fun. She's not sure if they're going to end up friends or not, but she'd like to try.
Claude Faustus- Having glasses and a crazy tongue is grounds for celebration and Harumi has much interest in him. Not just because he's Alois's butler or because he's sexy. Promise! Mostly.
Ciel Phantomhive- They're not-friends. He's just one of her favorites. She gives him information and such too, on anyone he requests except for Lelouch.
Sebastian Michaelis- Gives him information sometimes. Most of the time she's too busy gawking at how sexy he is so they haven't really had too much conversation outside of shop talk.
Tooru Kouno- Her self-declared right-hand man! For TSABO, obviously. He's good with money and things, so she ends up having him do... most of the work she's supposed to while she's having fun. But that's why she pays him more than the other employees.
Ritsuka Aoyagi- Her other favorite shota. He doesn't appreciate her much, largely because of the multiple attempts to kidnap him and make him work at TSABO in whatever cute outfit she made for him without permission. Harumi's well-aware that Ritsuka has decided she's just part of the background nowadays.
