Kimb was sitting at Capella's and finishing up some notes for Perkins. She was pissed that she hadn't seen Romilda yet this week and was sure she was avoiding her - which was fine, Kimb was avoiding Romilda, too. Which was just fine - it was. Kimb didn't need some stupid, binty trollop. Besides, she had bigger things to worry about, like the fact that Oliver's friend Alicia was sitting four tables away and glaring her daggers (whic Kimb returned quite effortlessly.) It was none of Alicia's business what had happened between she and Oliver - not now and not four years ago.
Kimb tried to focus on her food, picking through the last of her salad before unwrapping her muffin and taing a bite. She still wasn't sure what had posessed her to do the things she'd done that weekend. Sure, she'd had a few drinks at the ball and then with Oliver, but sleeping with him? Really? And it hadn't made anything better - it had just made her want Romilda more. Shagging Oliver had been fantastic, even if they had been a bit drunk. She'd come and he'd been caring - and it hadn't meant a damn thing. All she could think about was Romilda. Romilda's breasts, legs, hair, eyes - shopping with Romilda, talking with Romilda. She missed cuddling with Romilda, kissing her. Damn, this was a good muffin.
Kimb glanced back up at Alicia, the other girl purposely ignoring her. She had pretty hair, and eyes - for a stupid bint. Kimb finished her muffing and took a sip of coffee. What was Alicia's problem, anyway? Really - she and Kimb had barely spoken when she'd dated Oliver. Was that really a reason to hold a grudge against someone? Kimb thought they could have been friends otherwise - heck, they could have even been friends now. Maybe they still could be. Maybe they could get dinner sometime and just talk it out. Why not? Kimb was a nice attractive girl and so was Alicia. Dinner would be great - and who knew? Maybe Alicia would help take her mind off of Romilda. Alicia's breasts weren't nearly as nice as Romilda's, but she was pretty sexy for being Oliver's friend.
It was decided. Kimb was going to march up to Alicia and ask her to dinner and they were going to talk like adults and maybe - well, maybe would come later, right? Kimb was cute, right? Amiable? Yes. She could do it. Kimb took a deep breath and gathered her things before walking up to Alicia and sitting down in the seat across from her with a smile.
"Hi," Kimb said warmly, giving Alicia her best smile. She was even prettier up close and she had gorgeous eyes. Kimb wondered why she hadn't noticed before.
