"Oh good, you have a mobile phone!" Harry responded with a relieved grin. "I don't have an Owl, and I hate using messenger ones. They always tend to bite..." He shook his head; he'd received many a bite from Owls over the past few years. He'd love to have a new Owl but couldn't ever justify getting one for himself.
"I, er, don't normally wear pink. It was a gala that required it," He explained, wrinkling his nose in distaste. "So I thought, why not go all out? I don't intend on ever wearing it again." He grinned as Jack offered to take him shopping, nodding eagerly. "I'd like that, I'm absolutely hopeless. The department store lady had to pick things out for me. But yes, a new wardrobe would be nice..." He trailed off, wondering vaguely what Jack would pick out for him. Well, he supposed, having your possible future-significant-other dress you was the best way to ensure you wore things they liked, yeah? He quite liked the idea.
