It's a collective of rules that live in my head and can be edited, forgotten, added to or just deleted at my whim, depending on the circumstances."
Jack gave Harry a skeptical look, "I hope that's a poorly mixed metaphor and not you insinuating that you've licked the Minister's arse. Now his boots on the other hand... but I don't see you licking those either." Jack snorted and shook his head a little, "I agree though, politics just waste time, but you can't get anything done without it, because no one gives something without getting something."
