Neville flushed and glanced away, shrugging a bit before looking back at Harry. "We weren't... emotionally close," he managed before flushing more and looking away. "It wasn't really that hard. It just sorta was..." Neville bit his lip before eating another biscuit, wondering briefly what Mrs. Weasley's secret to good biscuits was, because they were bloody delicious.
"I dunno, I'm kinda of the opinion that it's different for everyone - what's attractive to one person isn't to another. You obviously are attractive to snag Ginny and Cho, y'know?" Neville shrugged. He normally didn't just think anyone was attractive and was often surprised when he found himself really into someone. Honestly, though Neville preferred blokes, he found himself more neutral than anything. Asexual, maybe?
"Exactly," Neville agreed about Ginny. He grinned when Harry asked about the greenhouse and checked his watch. Oh, good. They still had a good quarter hour before the plants opened. They'd been averaging about the same time every night. "Pretty brill. You're gonna love seeing the night blooming fireflower. They're ace - and I look at them everyday!"
