April 22nd, 1979. What IS that you're selling? [OPEN]
Characters: Bedwyr Pyrites and OPEN
Setting: Out and about in Diagon Alley, just shy of Knockturn Alley.
Summary: Bedwyr decides to go shopping. He forgets how dirty and crowded Diagon Alley can be sometimes.

It was just after lunch and Bedwyr Pyrites decided that he needed some time out of Harddick's Haberdashery. Harddick himself was a doddering fool, and each day he made Bedwyr more and more primed to poison him, and keep the shop for himself. He had yet to do so however, instead fostering a most friendly-seeming relationship with him first. It would be far less obvious if he actually appeared to like the old fool rather than be public about his true feelings. The cheerful smile on his face stayed plastered on as he called out that he was going on lunch, but it melted the moment he turned away. Sodding old git. Bedwyr was itching to do away with him, but he knew he had to bide his time just a little longer.

The smile returned in full force as he stepped out into the grey April day. It had rained about an hour prior, and threatened to rain once more. Bedwyr frowned, hastily placing an impervious charm on his clothing, just in case the sky opened and poured down on him before he had a chance to get anywhere. He had no real destination; he just needed some time away from Harddick before he poked his wand through the man's brain. So he meandered down Diagon Alley, pausing and looking with patented apprehensive curiosity down in the direction of Knockturn Alley.
