I've always felt most at peace when working out. There was something about focusing on counting, breathing, and feeling the body that re-centered me. Now, I'm not saying you gotta forget all your troubles, but I am inviting you all to come for even five minutes to join me and throw a few punches at the bag to get this frustrating, sorrowful time off your chest.
I've still got legs and I'm not going to waste them. In fact, I've decided to go into personal training while I have the chance. You can call me any time if you're not ready today.
I'll be at the Gym (coordinates) from 1p to 5p. Don't forget to bring plenty of water if you plan to stay a while. Don't eat right before coming out, either, but definitely eat something with protein at lunch if you're going to be here at 1!
