I did not think telling someone, who I thought was my friend, that I was uncomfortable would cause such backlash. I am sorry to put you in such a difficult position, Nyara.

It seems that when I do right in my mind it is the wrong choice. I think perhaps my policy of not speaking when I am discomforted is the best choice.

If someone could figure out how to get this goddamn rope off I'd be eternally grateful.

Added: I think I've just hit my last straw, I don't know if I can be bothered to care about random people anymore. Everytime I do it comes back to bite me in the ass.

So, until further notice I'm not going to be cooking for anyone but the people I care about. Anymore. I'm not going to hunt for anyone but my own, anymore. I'm not going to fish, or scavenge for anyone else but my own. Anymore.

I'm not going to look for strangers, anymore, until my paws bleed and my heart aches. I'm done burying your dead. I'm done making them look presentable.

There's a great lady here on this island, who redirected me to a great song. Now I'm neither an opera singer, or Barbara Streisand. And I know Rachel sang this a few weeks ago, but as Garth Brooks once said: I think it fits perfectly right here, don't you?

I've seen quite a lot of unkindness here lately. We all have to share this island whether we like it or not, so perhaps kindness can go a long way to a nice, peaceful existence.
