Greetings!

I am Ñolofinwë Aracáno, an elf from a land called Beleriand. I'm aware that many of us have a 'supernatural' or 'magical' background that governs our rules of behavior, interaction, and hospitality toward each other. But the varying degrees of such behaviors, I believe, leaves us at a loss at how to appropriately approach each other without giving offense.

With your aid, I wish to design a set of agreements suitable to each of our groups that would govern behavior. These agreements would include protocol for hospitality, etiquette, neutral ground, and the appropriate means of retaliation for wrongs done against each other. Protocols, that, as magical individuals, we understand, agree to and seek to uphold. It is not law of the land, but law of the letter.

It would stand outside the bounds non-magical humans use to govern themselves, as I believe many of us operate on 'old world' values they do not agree to or understand.

Feeling extra stabby at the moment. If anyone needs me I'm off killing something scaley, toothy and mean. And picturing it with an extra pretentious face.

Ai, I did not tell you. I met a blue creature in the woods the other evening.

It was very odd.

It was like seeing the spirit of Arda come alive. Or aye, merely a guardian of the world, so intent was she to protect the woods.
