I can't sleep. I can't sleep because there's too much fucking snow when there shouldn't be any and it's everywhere, we're in space so how the hell is there so much snow? I know it's a thing that happens here, I know I should get used to it, I know, I know. I understand there being snow back home because that's the climate and it happens and I can't change anything about the weather so I just do loads of extra shifts and that's okay but this makes no sense and I hate it I hate it I hate it so fucking much and I can't sleep because of the memories and the nightmares and I can't do extra shifts here, where would I do them? I'm so fucking tired but I can't sleep and I might have drunk all the coffee otherwise I'd be a zombie but now I'm fucking wired and I need help with sleeping.

What? How can I quantify it? Some help. All the help. 19 helps. Many helps. The only night I've had more than 1 or 2 hours sleep this month is the night I fell asleep in Medbay.

There's a potion, it's called dreamless sleep. I have everything I need to make it and we learned it in school so I'm confident I can make it, but you have to be careful with it. If you take too much you might not wake up. It'll take a day for me to make but I'll start on it.

I can give you a tea too, for times where it's not so bad. It has a lot of the same roots and herbs so it helps dreams become calmer, less vivid and you'll have less of them, but it doesn't have as much risk.

How much is too much? How would I know? I mean, Dreamless sleep sounds amazing, but yeah, I don't want to drink too much.

Is it addictive?

I'll portion it out in to the right dose when I make it. You just have to make sure not to take any extra or take it more than once a day.

I don't think it's...physically addictive, but I think a lot of people probably have trouble going back to normal sleep if they take it for a long time.

That sounds great. And yeah, I can get that. How long is a long time? I don't want to take it all the time but I can't remember the last time I slept through the night.
