She looked down at her feet and blushed slightly. "No.." Abby started to put on her shoes, they were a simple black canvas style. "You were quicker than I thought you'd be." She said as an attempt at an explanation. Once her shoes were on she moved over to her desk and checked to make sure her bag had a journal and pencils before she grabbed it and put it over her shoulder. Glancing around her room a moment she nodded. "Okay... allons y." She said, gesturing to the door.
It wasn't that she was agoraphobic or anything, but her room just felt safe. No one to embarrass herself around, or people who would judge her. In her room she didn't have to risk having a vision and accidentally hurt someone again. She was incredibly lucky that Kat hadn't turned her in. But she liked Jason, wanted him to stay her friend and that meant going outside.
She followed him, cowering a little as they passed a few people who glanced their way. She knew it was insane but a voice in her head told her that they knew she'd seen what happened and couldn't have stopped it. Even though it was probably impossible that they'd know. Abby, clutched the strap of her bag, trying not to look at anyone as she followed her friend.
