With everything that was going on, it was all a matter of watching the light that was once surrounding them dwindle and disappear. He wanted to remain optimistic. "I think that's the nature of medicine, honestly. Do something and then hope for the best. It...applies to a lot more than just medicine if we're going to be honest." He laughed at Garrett's little joke of crossing his fingers and hoping for the best when it came to things. Wasn't that the way of the world.
Hector leaned his hip against the desk, shrugging as he looked at the room that Klaus had tripped into earlier. "I could just trick him and say it's a new energy drink. Technically...it is." At least to the doctor before glancing over at the mess that was Klaus' work desk. "I'd say you have a while. Our previous doctor had a much better habit of being clean. It took me a minute to figure out how Klaus' filing system worked." Hector moved to stand beside the desk holding up four multi-colored folders: yellow, green, blue, and red.
"It's Hogwarts houses." There was a bit of a sparkle in his eyes at that. He found it amusing if he was going to be honest.
