"You know damn well I don't need to be dressed for it." Tommy had a ways about him but he also had powers that, while meant for being an awesome agent, could be used for silly things like going underwater and not having to get wet. It took just a mild concentration to literally open up what looked like an upside dome in the water, the greenish-blue energy constructs expanding until an oval shape was made, most of it submerged into the pool.
"And no, I'm not going to suffocate us. Wouldn't that be kind of shitty? Two supers found in Limbo pool. Death by lack of oxygen." It was true that Tommy could theoretically close the dome and let all of the oxygen be swept up into their longs but he knew how to leave a bit of the construct open at the top. Again, this wasn't exactly the first time that he had ever done this.
Tommy waited for Ethan to get in although he knew it was all by choice. If Ethan didn't think it was safe then he didn't have to but at the same time Tommy was well aware of the super's ability to mimic Tommy's gifts if he chose to and of course with that came the knowledge of using them, too. He didn't think that Ethan had anything to be afraid of.
"Come on. It will be like Sea World but without the fish and more chlorine." Which didn't really make it sound very fun but it was something to do and Tommy like the tranquility of being underwater.
