The book he was reading was only mildly entertaining, the TV he was watching via radiowave and the other signals he was trying to tap into- most around Limbo only got him static- kept more of his attention. Of course it wasn't easy to do and not look like a fool, his hand rested in his lap as he covertly manipulated the energy around him. If anything it kept him well practiced... not that he'd had a mission in a while to use his skills... any of them.
It was always hard to miss when someone was talking to him as he was always hit by a wave of light purple by the sound waves directed at him. Even though he tried to keep that color faded to the background the most- because it was very pervasive in the world- coming at him still seemed to stand out. "Oh, I'm horrible at pool." He said with a slightly embarrassed smile as he shrugged his shoulders. Compared to his wife, he sucked... compared to others, he'd had a lot of practice. Then again the pool hustle was the easiest. Granted it was Kat who'd done most of the hustling, he'd just got really good at being bad to set her up for good shots. Tyler closed the book in his lap, and looked up at her. The wings were cool, "You really looking to embarrass an old guy like me?"
