She knew she didn't have that much scope to talk, being born in 1991 she was probably classed as one of the 'younger' ones here, anyone born after 1990 was looked at like they were an infant. Thankfully she was a staff member and kept her age pretty close to her chest anyway.
As they sat down, Evan pulling the chair out and tucking her back in like a gentleman, she thanked him softly.
"Nah," she took a sip of her beer. "You handled it well under the circumstances. It escalated so quickly I'm not even sure the more experienced handlers would have been able to stop it, but maybe her limiter needs to be... changed, the settling lowered so that she can't get too out of control before it kicks in."
As terrible as it was what happened in the common room, if the frosty-girl hadn't been incapacitated there was no telling what damage she might have done to that floor as well as the eighth. But it was done, now.
"Mm," she leaned over and pushed some of the loose strands behind his ear, fingertips grazing the shell of his ear as she did so. "You have it long for a reason, no? It's certainly not to tie it back all the time."
