Kat's eyes met Tyler's the second he said that he thought about trying again. She straightened up a little bit, straddling his lap so she could look at him straight on. "Why didn't you say anything before?" She was far from being mad at him for not bringing it up before, but it was a relief to not feel like she was the only one who thought about kids and a family a lot. Maybe, just maybe, it wasn't such a far off dream. They were surrounded by people who could heal injuries and who had superpowers. Surely there had to be someone who could help them with this if they actually wanted it. For once, Kat was the one who was letting her head wander off in to the clouds. Maybe it wasn't the best environment to raise a child in but they had made the best out of situations that seemed even more impossible before.
