He was changing out of his work out clothes when she knocked, as the door opened he was pulling down his shirt. "Anyone else and the knock warning, I'd have taken off an article of clothing." Cas teased as he pulled his shirt down over his nice abs- he'd said it many times. The only good thing to come out of Limbo was that he was healthy and in shape. Actually most of his clothes actually fit him now and he no longer looked like a scrawny musician playing the street corner. He looked fit. He'd argue that he always looked good though. At least he had less of the twink vibe.
Flopping onto the bed he looked over at Sandy and gestured. "M'Lady." He was a little surprised she was there. There had been an open invite to all the outsiders when they'd arrived but only Tammy had taken advantage of the offer. Hopefully now that Frankie was there she'd accept the invite once in a while too. But for now it was Sandy. "Welcome to chez Domino." He said with a small laugh. The room was pretty sparse of everything. His guitar was in it's case on the dresser but other than that it was quite neat and devoid of personal items. His clothes were all actually folded neatly in a bag next to the dresser not put away. The Regiment issued computer was sitting on the desk and a schedule of his training, but that was it. If the bed wasn't dishevely made, one wouldn't think anyone really lived there.
