With the juice finished, Elena was forced to finally put all her attention into Vasily. It was rough making the changes that she'd made in the last year, but it helped her to become a much more social person. She was still polite and kind to everyone, but now she could have a conversation and argue a point with someone without feeling bad about it.
"{Oh, I've seen those, but not on anyone I knew well.}" She eyed the dark metal with curiosity. "{Does it hurt? When it triggers, I mean? I've never seen one in action.}"
Elena had spent quite a while in solitary confinement while they figured out how to handle her implant. Her skin broke too easily for a subcutaneous implant, but they didn't want to equip her with a bracelet due to the aquatic nature of her powers. In the end, her's had been implanted close to her spine so that it couldn't pop out if her skin or a bone was broken. She asked that they not tell her the details because thinking about it made her very uncomfortable. Plus, she wasn't the kind of person to bit the hand that fed her.
