Will tried not to roll his eyes at the older man for the 'talk' he was receiving about substance abuse. "Hindsight in this place is some bullshit. Let's be honest." It wasn't as if he hadn't just come off with a conversation with his handler about his drinking. He couldn't even get away with this with someone bitching. Will just wanted to be numb for a moment. The skype calls with his daughters weren't enough. Not being able to know how to approach this situation with June wasn't enough. "I mean...I'm fairly sure someone's growing weed in the greenhouse. But that's none of my business and definitely not my poison." Weed did always have it's merits but it wasn't what he went back to when things got rough.
Neither was morphine, if he was honest. "They have methadone readily available for agents? I think not. Even if they did...the moment I started seeking treatment, Dagan and Winter would be on my ass so fast." He needed to be out in the field. Not sitting around this place with nothing to keep him busy. Nothing to keep him from pocketing shit that could end up with him getting in more trouble than he needed to be. Sure, he was an adult. But Will never grew out of things so quickly, as fast as people would want him too.
Will looked to the side instead of at the man more like a scolded child than a parent himself. "I don't know. They already have another two agents powers similar to mine. What the fuck use am I? We're all fucking replaceable."
