Cas peeled his shirt off as he shook his head. "It's not though." He shook his head. "Not specifically." They'd all missed the signs of what was going on with Sandy after Paige was sent away. "We weren't there for her, but her actions are her own. I know it's something Cal doesn't like to hear... but it's true." Cas glanced to the shower. "I mean why can't you have other friends too?" Lord knows Cassidy had many plenty of connections since arriving, some had left and others were still there. What made him different than Scotty? What made it okay for one but not the other?
He felt that small seed of jealousy spark again as one shoulder angel tried to rationalize that Sandy knew he'd always gone out and made friends but come back where the other tried to convince him that it was because Sandy cared for Scotty and Calvin more and he'd just been a tool who could help earn them money and take away her pain. He squeezed the shirt into the sink tightly, so tight it turned his knuckles white.
