Honestly, even with someone standing there (and both of them being fully aware that he was there). His stomach and tired body was still telling him that it was time for him to move. Start eating before moving onto training for the day with one of his agents. Today's day was Avery even though she didn't quite like that. It was more for her own safety and his own peace of mind to know she could be safe if she needed to be. That she could protect herself, not so much the people around her. He was quite happy with the time that he had to himself in the early mornings and late nights when he would go back to his room and hide there for ages. Still working. But at least he didn't feel like everything that he kept up during the day had to be turned on. He could relax a little. Something that Holly always seemed to stress when they were around each other.
He stared at the ice cream that she had in front of her. An amused expression tugging on the corner of his lip as he did. Lucas pulled out a carton of milk to accompany the cereal he was planning to have because even though he did work out -- he still ate so much crap some people would think its a miracle that he wasn't twenty pounds heavier. He thanked genetics and daily runs for that. "Breakfast of champions?" He looked at the ice cream in front of her as he grabbed a bowl from the cabinet and moved to stand in front of her, pouring himself a bowl and taking a couple quick bites. "Never really expect anyone in here this early except maybe the kitchen staff."
