It had taken her a lot longer than intended to get ready. Abby just couldn't figure out how she should dress- something abnormal for her. She didn't have a ton of personal clothing to begin with, but she had some. She had originally just gone with jeans and a sweater, but she'd already failed to actually ask him out and part of her still kinda want it to be a date so she change into the one dress she owned, it was red with spaghetti straps. Abby put on a long sleeved black shirt because it was chilly and without it she was showing way more skin than she was comfortable with. She even put on some lipstick, though the color was so close to her actual lip color you could barely tell.
So, finally ready Abby went to the leisure room. Seeing Jackson there before her she worried that she'd kept him. "Hi." She tucked some hair behind her ear as she did when nervous. "Sorry for being late." Abby took a seat, her shoulder bag she always carried was set down beside her. "I was really excited when I heard they made a sequel. I love the original." She knew she should be catching up, not necessarily watch new stuff, but talking cyberpunk with/at Alice had gotten her in the mood. As she looked down at her food she realized she should probably have picked something less messy.
