Max was...so not aware of the the woman being blind. He'd heard rumors, of course. People talked in a place like this and when they talked they were annoying more than anything. He didn't really listen all too much to what people had to say if he was going to be honest. People had little interest to Max after all. He'd spent hours trying to pull Pru back to the light so that he could retreat back to where everything was better. He only had one good use after all and that was punching things. He wasn't too heavy on the conversation bit of existing. Eating was annoying. Everything that people had to do just seemed monotonous and a waste of their time. He wanted to go back to where he was safe. Protected.
"Doors swing open and bang you up all the time then? I guess that's something that might happen. I can see...so I avoid." He pulled out a cigarette, lighting up his cigarette where he was standing with little regard to the surroundings or the fact they were inside. "I ain't in no hurry. Just hate being inside these walls. I don't know how you people can stand it in here. There's roof access on the next level, I was going to hide up there for a couple hours. Since there isn't anything else to do in this fucking place."
