"Truth be told you probably would," Cleo admitted with a smirk. "I think the world might be better off without some of these people in it." She could think of a few she could really do without and could do with a good old death lined up but she wouldn't name them.
She took a sip from her glass and caught her lower lip with her teeth as she tipped her head over towards Sterling. "I'll definitely hope they let you out to play more, I had a good time and I like you." Like enough to want to hang out with him when it wasn't post-mission.
The thing about Cleo was you always knew where you stood with her and she didn't bullshit, if she said something she meant it and Sterling seemed to have a good read on people so he'd be able to figure that out about her.
