Sterling wasn't sure what he'd expected when they'd pulled him from prison to send him here. It wasn't a bunch of whining kids who didn't like that they weren't getting to do as they please. And while that wasn't entirely the case, it was partly all this place was. Waiting around and seeing if something came up.
Oh, and the occasional training. Like he didn't know how to use his own damn powers well enough by then. He knew that part of it was Scott trying to sneakily assess his mental state -was he a sociopath or just fell into that line of work. The jury was still out on that one, and Sterling figured they would be for a while.
