She looked at the burrito. Abby had been planning on saving the rest for later, but he had gone for the burrito with her and had let her have it. Also later it would be cold and she'd have to leave her room to heat it up in the microwave. Besides she had plenty of sandwiches for later. "No." She said pushing it across the table to him. "Here. Enjoy. It's good and still warm." Also he'd used that nickname again... only one person had ever called her Abs before... not even Jester. She only hoped she that stomach leap wasn't visible in her expression.
The redhead tucked some hair behind her ear, "I didn't mean to... lump you..." That sounded wrong. "And they weren't really assholes. I mean I didn't know them well enough they could have been. It wasn't that they were mean to me." Abby clarified. "They didn't even notice me. I was kind of invisible. I had two friends in school and we all worked at the movie theatre where I had a few others who were co-workers." And her manager who was only a few years older than her who had finally asked her out on a date when she turned 18. She used to dream about how that date would have been.
"And it's Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. It was good." Jester had gotten it for them to see. "Valerian's motivations flip flopped too much throughout the movie, but it was very pretty."
