Who: Abby & Jason When: Wednesday Late Morning Where: Cafeteria What: Random Encounter Rating: TBD Status: Closed/Incomplete
She wore and oversized sweater and jeans, her messenger bag draped over her shoulder. Abby's red hair was pulled back in a small ponytail as she hadn't brushed it that morning. She had one goal in mind, grab some food and get back to her room.
Since Jester left, she had not spent much time out of her room unless her handler made her. Even then she always tried to get out of them. A small stack of visions laid on her desk, all random and incoherent. She hadn't delivered them to Lucas, she didn't see the point. Abby had backpedaled socially and it seemed all the progress she'd made over the last year was being undone. At least she was still leaving her room for food- then again she sort of had to or else she wouldn't eat. Which she highly considered the first day.
After the breakfast rush, and before the lunch was her goal, and when she entered the cafeteria she was pleased to see that she'd hit that goal. Granted there were people in the room, but not as many as if she'd been there an hour before. Quickly she approached the pre-made cold food section and shoved a handful of sandwiches in her bag, enough so she didn't have to come back the next day. She then grabbed some drinks and moved finally to the warm pre-made food. At least there was a breakfast burrito left. She reached out to take it and ended up grabbing for it at the same time as someone else. "Oh." Abby pulled her hand back, looking up at the man. She didn't really recognize him, he must have been newer... though he did sort of look like one of the handlers. "Sorry." Abby said, turning back to the racks to find something else.
