Mason's eyebrow arched higher than he thought possible. "Mate," he started, huffing out a breath that was eerily close to a laugh, but was quiet enough that it wouldn't be too loud. "You think Scott'd stick you in solitary for not knowing how your powers work? Bullshit. Hate to break it to you, snowflake, but there's a lot of people here who have less understanding of their powers than you do and they're not in solitary."
He lifted a shoulder. "You'd just get them turned off." Which was the basic response. Honestly, Mason thought, how special did Tony think he was that he'd warrant different treatment for not getting how his powers worked? There were some people here who he was pretty sure should be in solitary, but some guy who didn't know how to use his powers wasn't it.
"So don't try and use them if they don't work, duh," Mason responded with a lift of his shoulder. "Pretty sure that's common sense."
