Hector could feel that he had the same responsibility to the younger agents. Feel confident in his powers and what he could do. But he couldn't feel that way. He knew he hadn't felt that way in almost two decades since he used his powers for the first time when it came to the youth facility. People trusted him, believed he was a good man but once they started befriending him and realized what his powers could do than he was always a little more iffy when it came to their reactions.
The infirmary was his safe haven usually. When he wanted to get away from people or when he wanted to believe he was something more than just a field agent. He thought he was something more than a field agent in his own mind as he kept his head down on the cold table. Letting it radiate through him. The other...man looked dumbstruck that he wasn't alone there as Hector sat up and took in the full scope of why he looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
"A...A cold." He said with a look of surprise on his face. But who was he to judge? He turned into a nine foot tall wolfman when his powers were on. "I haven't had one in decades, it's a terrible thing. I can't believe people deal with this almost seasonally." He coughed into his elbow as he sat up where he was sitting to look somewhat more presentable. "You're...the new doctor, right? Avery had mentioned you." He smiled as he looked him up and down. "She didn't mention how unique you were."
