He wasn't wrong; the sooner Hazel got into the swing of things, the sooner she could stop and breath and just go with it, get the routine back, feel like it was just life again, rather than the chaotic shuffle from one state to another and ten people just dumped in front of her to try and work with.
Honestly, she appreciated that juniors had partners, so that those ten people weren't so overwhelmingly constantly needing attention -Hazel didn't like to just leave people to their own devices, she didn't like just seeing agents for training and then off they went. These people needed some kind of support and understanding to deal with all this turmoil.
The offered chair was taken with a smile, "Pretty much, yes. The sooner it's done the sooner normalcy can resume." Even in a new place, with new people, it could still feel relatively normal. "Don't worry about it, although if it did happen a lot we might need to split the office down the middle." Hazel was teasing; although she was much more organised than Mike appeared and likely, by Monday, she'd have her organisers on the desk, her in and out box the walls would have her slots and there'd be a new filing cabinet shoved into the corner.
"Does this mean we'll be needing a larger trash can?"
