“Exactly... on both accounts. Because what’s even worse than getting complacent is thinking you’re smarter than the person who’s in control of the situation. And let’s face it, as much as we hate to admit it. The enemies are always in control. All we can do is be ready to respond and hope to take that control.” Charlie said as she sat down. “So, we throw the same mission at them. They’ll think, this is cake, throw a small change. Like a second shooter or the bombs on a different floor. Something small they can cope with. Then run it again. They’ll be ready for a change- seeing as it’s the same objectives and a small change but this time they lose their ‘eye in the sky’, next time more terrorists, bombs on a timer not a toggle, citizens are strapped with bombs.” She wasn’t sure what it said about her that these scenarios came so naturally to her. “It’ll keep them from getting to relaxed, and hopefully learn how to really work as a team, and respond to the unexpected together.”
