She was very careful with her leg as he placed her down. As the documentary was turned on and she opened a can of beer it struck her just how oddly layered the man called Bear was. It took two and a half beers to get her back to the point her leg would heal, even still it took about five minutes- most of which she just laid her head back, eyes closed as the pain washed over her. Pain had been something she'd learned to deal with in the Army, but even more since joining The Regiment. While she didn't have the luxury of any sort of real pain reduction, her body was learning how to shut off nerve endings around pain sites for most injuries. It just didn't know how to handle large internal ones yet- or the actual pain from healing.
Sighing once everything healed up, she raised her head and took a drink from her can. "So, what are we watching?" She asked, having only vaguely seen something about Elephants when it came on.
