Juliet & David
"At first, yeah." But they had gone ice skating more than once. The first one had been pretty painful if he remembered correctly. Falling but falling correctly that he didn't break the ice underneath him on accident. Something he had learned that he could do when he was a kid. Dave leaned in, lips against her ear. "The other times I was just trying to make it seem like I didn't get good all of sudden."
David pulled a way, jokingly putting his finger to his mouth. Jules would've been correct in that sort of idea. His old facility never would've allowed any of their agents to leave the base for anything that wasn't a mission. David threaded their finger together as they walked towards the ice skating area, moving to go put on a pair of skates before rising to his feet.
"Still, it's been a while. Might be a little bit rusty." Dave shrugged a little as he stepped onto the ice, gliding backwards and making it seem as though the man wasn't even trying more than anything else. As if he'd been ice skating for years but it was really just what he had watched from other people during the two of them going out back in the day. Something that Dave still could recall.
