Juliet & David
Juliet bowed her head and shook it, stifling a grin. "Were you really falling, or was it just for show to help you blend in better? Knowing what I know now, and seeing what I've seen, the thought of you losing your balance with something like that is just...unfathomable. It was funny at the time. Cute, even."
She doubted his previous facility had allowed him much in the way of fun, with how indoctrinated David had become. For her own part, Juliet had enjoyed less recreational activities in the years since his disappearance, instead choosing to throw herself into her work so that she could get lost in it. The last time she'd been ice skating, therefore, must have been before David was taken, but her memories of it were as rusty as her skills in the activity.
Instead of telling him that, Juliet squeezed his hand and led him over to the ice skating area so they could put on the proper gear. "We'll have to figure it out together. It's been a while for both of us." She gave him a small, sly smile.
