Not that Mira could see, but Juniper looked disappointed at the confirmation that she might not see the white-haired woman again next time she came back. But the offer of being introduced to someone was probably a good one, hot food definitely felt more filling than sandwiches, and some variety in her diet wouldn’t go amiss.
“Maybe?” She asked tentatively, but Mira had been so nice so far and she understood that the woman meant her no harm. “At least- at least then I’d know someone.”
