Sin would have apologized to Bear for the shots he just gave the other man, but Sin was pretty damn sure that the bruises he was going to be sporting would be much worse. Much worse.
Instead, the bow and arrows disappeared at the end of thirty seconds and Sinjin stood, coming a bit closer once more. Trying to prepare himself mentally for the retaliation to come. He knew it would be worse. Steady progression was the theme after all. "What exactly is it that has you people calling me Norse and Viking and hell, there's JP who calls me Thor. I'm a European mutt. French, German and English." He then glanced at Ben as Bear picked up the sledgehammer. "It's the beard, isn't it?"
He then braced himself for the hammer as he engaged his shields underneath for an extra buffer. "If I survive him, I think that's a win. Toxins can come later." And that was all he got out, because he signaled he was ready and there was Bear with the hammer. Sinjin was pleased to keep his feet... at first. But that did not last. Thirty seconds ended with Sinjin laying face down before rolling over and leaving his arms splayed to the sides as he stared up.
"Fuck." then an arm rose with his index finger up. "Just, give me a sec." Then he started the process of getting up. A slow process as he cataloged himself in the process. Hands patting down the armor. "Dinged up... still seems intact." He muttered and shook his head at Bear before turning to look at the table. Eyes settling on a nice, big rifle. A grin slowly appeared in his lips as he moved to the table without saying a damn word. Alright, time to lay Bear out.
Barrett M107 Anti-Material, heavy caliber sniper rifle. He picked it up and checked it out. Perfect. He then spied a set of headphones for ear protection and tossed them Ben's way with a wink. Then Sinjin was hefting the rifle and turning toward Bear. And walking.
Not stopping until he was at point blank range. Right there, no way to dodge. Right at the chest plate. "Ready to fly, Bear?" Sinjin asked as he braced himself and then fired the gun, body soaking the reverb and taking a couple steps back from it.
