Penny laughed softly. "Not much taller than a house right now." She looked down at her feet as they walked. Biting her lip, she resisted the urge to remind Holly that agents didn't have the longest shelf life. There had been a lot of friends lost over her time in the Regiment. "That is definitely good to hear. They've gotten used to me and how I am. I'm not always great at making new friends so keeping the old ones is very comforting."
The SEA should have been a comfort to Penny but she wasn't sure it was. It would be nice to leave the violence of the Regiment but she didn't really have much to go back to. Her parents had been the ones to turn her in and she didn't know if she could face them. "I'm not sure what I'll do when the SEA passes," she admitted. "This has been my life since I was thirteen. I don't even really understand the outside world anymore."
"I'm not sure how much help I would be if my powers were negated, honestly. I was not a strong kid before my powers."
Once she reached her peak height so far, Penny smiled and turned her face to the sun. Closing her eyes for a second, she took a deep breath and enjoyed the feeling. Opening her eyes, she looked down at Holly and laughed. "Pretty cool, huh?" she asked her voice echoing over the yard.
