Holly took her hands out of her pockets and, then, for lack of anything better to do she put them right back in again. She wanted to try and understand where her newer agents were coming from and their resistance to training. She understood reticence around moving teams. She felt the same; a bond was built up between agents and their handlers and having to adjust to a new one was hard.
"How much stuff did you end up having to move?" she asked, starting to walk and expecting that Penny would just fall into step beside her. She looked at the blonde out of the corner of her eye as they walked.
Holly had no idea how to prove that she wasn't the arsehole everyone thought she was. The reputation didn't bother her on the whole, but when it came to agents who were new to working with her sometimes that was to her detriment. She had a feeling this was going to be one of those situations.
"I wanted to just have a chance to talk, so you can tell me if you've got any worries about moving teams and to give you a chance to ask me any questions you might have."
