She didn't just bite her lip, she chewed on it nervously. The way he looked at her made it clear that she wasn't fooling him, and yes, he probably knew more than she wanted him to know about her recent experiences. Evie swallowed guiltily and took a deep breath.
"So you know?" she asked, still not wanting to come out and say what she had been dancing around the whole time.
