The train ride was an experience Toby would like to forget. He fell on the platform, bringing his bags with him, and once he was on the train opened a cabin thinking it was empty, only to be greeted with the sight of two 7th year girls almost choking each other with their tongues. It was rather embarrassing. They almost slapped him, but he left to find Basil before they could.
He didn't eat much at the feast either, so he was slightly nauseated. He tried to stay away from people, used to being a wallflower, but some 4th year students decided to talk to him. All he wanted to do was go upstairs, get his camera, and maybe take some pictures to distract him from the bad day.
While he was talking to them, unable to find a way to politely tell them to leave him alone, he heard Georgia's voice. He looked back immediately, a small grin in the corner of her lips. "Georgia," he mouthed.
He didn't say anything to the group of 4th year, just leaving them to talk amongst themselves to walk in her direction. Toby shrugged, a little embarrassed by the way he looked, walking closer to her. He stood in front of her, frowning, trying to find a proper place to sit, but not succeeding.
